Yoshinori TANAKA won the Poster Award of the 6th China-Japan Symposium on Ferroelectric Materials and Their Applications held in Yamanashi, Japan for his poster “In-situ Analysis of Strain Influence on Dielectric Constant of (Ba,Sr)TiO3 Films with Different Orientations”.

Yosuke TAKAGI won the Excellent Poster Award (Second Prize) of the 9th Asian Meeting on Ferroelectricity and the 9th Asian Meeting on Electroceramics (AMF-AMEC-2014) held in Shanghai, China for his poster “Ab-initio Study on Face Azimuth Dependency of Surface Energy and Structure in Ferroelectric PbTiO3”.
