Our paper entitled “Ab initio study on face azimuth dependency of surface energy and structure in PbTiO3” has been published in Ferroelectrics. The surface energy and equilibrium crystal morphology sensitively change with the growth conditions.

Published: Domain structure in Pb(Zr,Ti)O3 nanorods
Our paper entitled “Domain structure of tetragonal Pb(Zr,Ti)O3 nanorods and its size dependence” has been published in Jpn. J. Appl. Phys. The domain structure significantly changes with the nanorod width.

Published: Negligible clamping effect in (111)-Pb(Zr,Ti)O3 films
Our paper entitled “Negligible substrate clamping effect on piezoelectric response in (111)-epitaxial tetragonal Pb(Zr, Ti)O3 films” has been published in J. Appl. Phys. The 3D-plot of time-resolved synchrotron XRD was incorporated into the cover image (bottom left).
